Our original plan was to hold the conference in San Francisco, June 10-12. Given the extreme unlikelihood that the pandemic’s curve will flatten by then, here’s the new plan:

  • The conference will be virtualized. Given what we’ve learned from producing the successfully virtualized Advancing Research 2020 conference two weeks ago, we’re confident that we can deliver an event that offers fantastic social and networking opportunities as well as a stellar program.
  • The conference’s main program is postponed until August 31-September 3 (Monday through Thursday). This means shorter, more manageable days that will work for more people across multiple time zones. We’re still confirming speakers for these new dates, but the program will remain essentially the same, and likely will include additional content. As a ticket-holder, you’ll have exclusive access to presentation recordings, Q&A sessions, sketchnotes, speaker decks, and more.
  • The workshops will be taught virtually over multiple days, starting August 28 (a Friday). Each workshop is being redesigned for remote learning, and will combine lecture, discussion, exercises, and office hours to accommodate a variety of learning styles.

We’re lowering the price of Enterprise Experience conference and workshop tickets. Get details about new pricing here. We’re sure you have more questions; check out our FAQs here.

We’ll keep you in the loop in as many channels as possible as our plans for EX2020 firm up. Thanks for your patience; we’re wishing you and your loved ones peace and good health.
