Why Attend?

The first and foremost conference on Design Operations and Research Operations.

The first two years of the DesignOps Summit focused on scoping design and research operations. The field has matured a bit, and in 2019 we’ll address themes that you’re grappling with right now as a DesignOps leader or manager: Demonstrating Value, Partnering Outside Design, and Change Management. We’ll do so by covering the case studies, tools, techniques, and actionable take-aways that define DesignOps as a practice. You’ll walk away knowing what a modern DesignOps practice can and should be.

What You’ll Learn at DesignOps Summit 2019

This year’s program is crammed with case studies, tools, and techniques, so you’ll hit the ground running with ideas and tactics as soon as you get back to work. Like all Rosenfeld Media conferences, we’ll provide you with plenty of high-quality content to bring back to the office. For each presentation, you’ll receive:

What Makes the DesignOps Summit Special

Created by Your Peers

The curation team are researchers and designers who live to create game-changing conferences. We have years of collective experience developing successful programs for Enterprise Experience, the Information Architecture Summit, the Interaction Education Summit, Leading Experience, World IA Day, and other industry events.

Serious SPEAKER SUPPORT

We spend months conducting program research, and coaching and preparing our speakers. The result: a well-prepared and incredibly diverse speaker line-up that features many new voices.

Designed With You in Mind

Our dedicated team of production professionals sweats the details, from making sure the coffee is hot and the wifi is healthy, to keeping you in the loop through every imaginable channel and ensuring a safe and supportive environment where all feel welcome.

The Conversation Continues

Once the conference is over, we’ll continue meeting, talking, and learning via the free DesignOps/ResearchOps monthly community videoconferences that Rosenfeld Media hosts.

The DesignOps Summit gave me the opportunity to meet, learn from, and share experiences with others who have similar challenges in building and scaling design practices in our organizations. I came away with deep insights and a community that will fuel me for years to come.
