    September 22, 4-5pm ET

At our September Enterprise Experience Community call, we’ll host a double-header of topics — “UX metrics that matter” and “The future of our conference”. First, we’ll have Jack Moffett, well-known design leader currently at Boeing, in a conversation about identifying and advocating for measurable user experience for enterprise apps and services.

Then, we want to have an open conversation with you — our audience — about the future of the annual conference and community overall, as we look ahead to 2023 and beyond. Register to attend.

    About our guest
Jack is a UX manager in Boeing Global Services’ Customer Experience team where he is supporting DesignOps efforts for Training Solutions and Digital Aviation Solutions, building a UX training program, and managing a CX metrics team. With degrees in both Graphic Design and Interaction Design, over 20 years of enterprise experience, and well over a decade of adjunct teaching, he has a wealth of knowledge about design process, methods, tools, and practice and the passion to share it with others.

Jack has designed software tools for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Shell, DaimlerChrysler, Eaton, and many organizations within the U.S. military, including Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Naval Reactors, and NCIS. He has authored two books, co-founded IxDA Pittsburgh, speaks at conferences regularly, and writes about design on designaday.tumblr.com.
