In this interactive session with Teresa Swingler, you’ll learn how we use both traditional and modern UX/UI techniques to understand customers’ needs and translate them into experiences that are intuitive, safe, and sustainable.
    Teresa Swingler is the Director of User Experience at Honeywell Aerospace. She leads the U.S. design studio to improve experiences across a portfolio that includes cockpit systems, urban air mobility, engines, APUs, mechanical components, and more. Previously, she worked on designing the connected aircraft experience as Enterprise Lead of Connected Aircraft and Connectivity Solutions.
    Prior to Honeywell Aerospace, Teresa was a senior design leader at IBM where she made significant improvements to ease-of-use for storage management. She has over 15 years of experience in design leadership, interface design, user research, and information architecture.
    Teresa was named a Rising Star by the National Women of Color in Technology and received several IBM awards including an Invention Achievement Award, Agile Excellence Award, and Outstanding Technical Achievement Award (OTAA) for her contribution to usability. She holds several patents in user interface design and information architecture.
